We are pleased to share our positive experience with Sam at Rudkin Contracting. My husband and I entrusted Sam to build a large 3,400 sqft. garage addition to our home and not only did he bring our vision to life, he exceeded our expectations. Any last-minute changes we needed he granted. He is the best communicator we have experienced with any contractor we've ever worked with. He takes pride in what he does and he made our project feel like a top priority. We continue to receive compliments from our neighbors and those who pass by AND quite literally someone ran over our mailbox admiring the finished product! Our new garage is seamless and we're proud to give Sam and his team the credit for making it possible. We definitely know who to call in the future when we need to bring our doodles to life!

"Beginning in November of 2015, we hired Rudkin Contracting to complete our basement that was unfinished nearly 7 years ago. Work began promptly as promised on Feb 3 2016 and the nearly 1700 square feet was completed by May 3 with just a few minor modifications afterwards. "Sam and Ron and the whole Rudkin team were exceptional in every way. They had design ideas that none of the previous half dozen contractors I'd spoken with had mentioned and were very cost-competitive. Their work was excellent throughout. Sam was able to meet and even exceed our expectations. They stayed on cost and on budget throughout and were willing to keep us up to date on costs with regular updates. They went the extra mile to ensure the quality of the workmanship (their own or their subcontractors) was excellent. Everything from the window installation, to the floors, down to the paint (they painted the entire exterior of our home) was done with excellent attention to detail. When problems did arise, as they invariably do when working on an old home, they worked with us to develop a solution that met our expectations and budget. After decades of hearing my friends and neighbors complain about their contractors, I was pleasantly surprised with our first major home construction experience and that has everything to do with the great job Rudkin did for us."
