Ron Rudkin is the best design/build contractor in Northern Colorado; hands down. In 2011, Ron completed our 10,000 square feet major commercial remodel in four months. Since then, he has done three smaller commercial remodels and a residential basement finish for us. Most recently, completed in June 2017, Ron helped us design our dream property and he and his team built a phenomenal mountain home for us in Glacier View Meadows in Livermore (Mountain Vista Home). Ron is a very practical, honest and reliable builder who communicates frequently and effectively to ensure that every client’s wishes are fulfilled within their parameters of budget and time frame. Beginning in November of 2015, we hired Rudkin Contracting to complete our basement that was unfinished nearly 7 years ago. Work began promptly as promised on Feb 3 2016 and the nearly 1700 square feet was completed by May 3 with just a few minor modifications afterwards. We selected Rudkin Construction primarily because of their known honesty in building practices and our past experience with them as our original builder. Ron Rudkin, and now his son Sam, and Ashleigh, bring a great wealth of talent in their trade and use only the most reliable sub-contractors,. There was absolutely no problems encountered in what turned out to be a very significant project with first class completion within 90 days!! We highly recommend Rudkin Contracting for any project, large or small.

Sam and Ron and the whole Rudkin team were exceptional in every way. They had design ideas that none of the previous half dozen contractors I'd spoken with had mentioned and were very cost-competitive. Their work was excellent throughout. Sam was able to meet and even exceed our expectations. They stayed on cost and on budget throughout and were willing to keep us up to date on costs with regular updates. They went the extra mile to ensure the quality of the workmanship (their own or their subcontractors) was excellent. Everything from the window installation, to the floors, down to the paint (they painted the entire exterior of our home) was done with excellent attention to detail. When problems did arise, as they invariably do when working on an old home, they worked with us to develop a solution that met our expectations and budget. After decades of hearing my friends and neighbors complain about their contractors, I was pleasantly surprised with our first major home construction experience and that has everything to do with the great job Rudkin did for us.-Andrew Beavers
